Lady Eagles break record with win over Carl Junction

The Lady Eagles beat Carl Junction 8-0 tonight which ups their record to 13-6-1.  This sets a new single season wins record for the program.  The ladies won with a balanced scoring attack from 7 different players.  Goals were scored by Kelsey Bartell (2), Vicki Rische, Ashlyn Robillard, Rachel Murphy, Katie Bolton, Brooke Rowden, and Kristin Miller.  Liz Sutter had 2 assists with Halie Owen, Tatum Mangum, Kelsey Haist, and Maddie Chandler getting one each.  Miller and Annie Pierce shared the shutout.

Congratulations to the team on this great accomplishment.  We have 3 more games to increase our win total.  The ladies have their work cut out for them next week with games at Joplin and Camdenton then Waynesville at home.

Districts will start Saturday May 16th at Ozark.  We’ll know the times and opponent soon.
