Summer Camp Information

Summer camps will be held starting July 12th.    Click on the below for PDF forms.   Any student in grades 7-12 must have a physical on file that is good for the 2010-2011 school year.  The physical must be dated after Feb 1, 2010 to be good for the 2010-2011 school year.
